Our collective intelligence includes data analysis, original qualitative research, age appropriate fieldwork methodologies, expert panel for sage advice, foundation and development workshops, creative ideation sessions, designing and running innovation processes that tap into the repositories of wisdom, in-organisation strategy roll out and staff training, mentoring, coaching.

Grey Matters is structured around a nucleus of four highly experienced consultants and operational professionals plus a network of associate specialists.

The team has different but complementary skills.  This ensures that we work effectively together but bring a different perspective.  The principle of strength through diversity is central to Grey Matters’ philosophy of making insight an actionable reality.

We comprise a core team which can be augmented by a circle of associates and trusted suppliers capable of delivering a range of specialist skills when required.

Grey Matters has an underlying philosophy and a pragmatic mission.  Put simply, the circle of understanding is  incomplete without factoring in the 3A cohort.

Unlocking the experience held by older members of society and increasing our understanding of them as an employment resource and audience for goods and services makes sense from a commercial and social perspective.
